By Megan 21 Jan 2019

Do you struggle with stress and anxiety?

This Stress Control course has been developed by NHS and CBT therapists and is a very effective way of learning about, and managing your stress and anxiety. You will learn some simple strategies to help yourself feel better and there are workbooks for each week which you can take away.
